The most difficult part of construction has always been in the planning and execution.    You want to break ground on your project but the unknowns seem to discourage any forward progression.  KelJo Solutions can provide you with support on your material take off, critical path method, vetting of contractors, and all other matters that will keep your construction on time and under budget.    Before you choose a contractor, choose a good construction manager.  Choose Keljo Solutions.  Consultations can be performed over Skype to move your project along.  

All management services start at $100 per week. Estimation services are $25 per room or $50 per floor for residential structures.  Cost for commercial structures is $.85 - $1.55 per square foot based on the size of the structure.
