Errors in your explainer video or presentation video have a negative impact on your message. They are distracting, may obscure the meaning of your message, and could imply that your product or service is of a lesser quality. It is very easy to miss errors, especially if English is not your strong point.

The report on every scene contains

•   the original text
•   suggested changes (including re-wording, punctuation, spelling, grammar)
•   sentence length - ease of speaking (script for voice-over)
•   timing of voice-over to text reveal or transitions 
•   read time (if video)
•   comments on content meaning (for example "will the viewer know what  ... is?"
•   internal consistency (Point of View, 1st person etc)

You normally get a first draft to look at and comment on if you wish to.  The final report is in MS word format, available from dropbox.
