I will help you to estimate building cost of conceptual and detail design, in full scope or in different trades including excavation & support, foundation, superstructure, architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Quantities are measured using On-Screen Take Off and market unit rates including labor, material and equipment are used.

If you are an Owner or Developer, this cost estimate would be a budget of your project, and as an independent verification of your General Contractor's or Construction Manager's prices.

If you are General Contractor or Subcontractor, this cost estimate would be a proposal when bidding the project and when ordering materials.

Mark-up drawings with quantities and project schedule will be provided.
